1. Zero tolerance to stealing, griefing, item duping, hacked clients or spamming.
2. All shops must be located in the designated Shopping District.
3. Claim all builds. Keep a minimum 300+ block gap from other players claims.
4. Don’t touch, enter or set homes anywhere that doesn’t belong to you without permission from the claim owner.
5. Request permission before teleporting to other players.
6. Keep raids away from other players bases or public areas. Finish any raid that you start.
7. All communication must be in English. Be respectful and family friendly with in game chat (text and voice), usernames, renamed mobs, signs etc.
8. All builds must be server friendly, avoid excessively large farms. No large farms or redstone builds in frequently loaded areas.
9. Keep a 200 block gap between any builds that could impact server performance. Max of 40 villagers within a 200 block radius.
